Aged Rieslings ... always an exciting adventure. Today visited the Direttore glass a 1990 Spätlese the Hessian State Wine Domains Kloster Eberbach . Known are the ruins of the monastery including the cinematic masterpiece "The Name of the Rose" by the late producer genius Bernd Eichinger. The estate has about 200 hectares.
